Instructions and Housing Bureau Policy

Confirmations will be sent after each reservation, booking, modification and/or cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail within 14 days after any transaction, contact the Housing Bureau by phone or email. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.

All rates are per room per night and are subject to 14% tax (subject to change)

A deposit equal to the room rate for one night is required for each reservation. Requests received without deposits will be returned and will not be processed. Credit cards must be valid through June 2006 to be used for deposits.

Changes, modifications and cancellations prior to 1 May 2006 must be made in writing through the Housing Bureau. Reservations secured by a check will be assessed a $15.00 fee if cancelled at any time.

If you require a Government Rate Room, please contact the housing bureau directly. Valid Government ID will be required at check-in for Government rate rooms.
