Re: Instructions for IF presentations at the
RFIC 2005
The RFIC IF forum will take place in the Grand
Ballroom of the Long Beach Convention Center. The
IF session will open to regular attendees at 1:30pm on Tuesday
June 14, 2005.
RFIC IF authors will be able to access
the ballroom starting at 12:30pm on Tuesday. You
will have 1 hour to set up your presentation.
Each author will have two panels of 4 ft high and
8 ft wide board at their disposal. The boards
will be arranged in stations as shown in the figure below:

the Grand Ballroom is identified in red; one station is identified in orange for your convenience. Four (4) authors will be allocated
to each station. Please note that the actual number and
position within the room of stations may vary from what
is shown.
Management assistants are scheduled to be
in the room to welcome you and direct you to your station.
Your paper label (e.g. RTUIF-xx) will identify your section
of the station. Your session Chairs will also be available
to assist you during the afternoon.
You are expected to clear your board at the
end of the IF forum. The room is to be vacated by 5:10pm.

as it becomes available. Please make sure to visit this
page regularly.
