My Daughter Did Not Want to Learn Algebra but She Had to

My daughter aboslutely hated algebra from the very first moment that they started teaching it to her in school. She came home and told me that she did not want to do it and tha there should never be letters in her math problems. We finally got her to understand that she had to learn it but no matter how much she tried she just had a lot of problems with it. Her grades were slipping and we were starting to get concerned. My wife and I both work a lot so we knew that it would be better to find a st. Louis tutor to help her than for us to try to do it in the very limited amount of time that we had available. Hiring her a tutor was a good choice and it was not very long before she started seeming like she was really starting to understand algebra.
